Live In The Lounge | Cosmic Otter Club

The Cosmic Otter Club is a musical collective with a rotating cast that features talented folks from the woodland waterways of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Led by Pete Whiteman of the twin-cities jamgrass outfit Buffalo Galaxy, the group plays expansive styles of music ranging from jazzy originals to tried and true classics from the American songbook and beyond.
The ever-changing ensemble gathers to play their part to keep alive the rich and storied tradition of folk, roots and blues music while highlighting the unique voices and moody grooves of the upper Midwest. From the shores of Lake Superior, to the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers, the Cosmic Otter Club carries the tune.
The collective has an extensive rotating roster of musicians from bands such as Feeding Leroy, Saltydog, High and Rising, Black River Revue, the Driftless Revelers and more. The growing list of musical mammals that makes up the group includes and is not limited to Cassidy Kingsfield, Luke Martin, Lee Martin, Samwise, Harrison Olk, Adam Staupe, Nate Hynam, Jacob Mahon, Owen Mahon, Devin Thunhorst and Ben Nelson.
